Mariana's love for homes and home building dates back her high school years in Sweden when she helped her father an engineer turned builder with his home building endeavors. Mariana has acted as the General Contractor for four massive remodels and rebuilds of homes and has managed countless other renovation projects. In addition, Mariana has an extensive sales background (from advertising to high-end luxury goods), as well as graphic design.
Mariana's clients are her main focus throughout the entire selling or buying process.
She assists sellers in determining the best updates for the home, and she has a network of vetted contractors and de-cluttering services (storage solutions, painters, stagers, builders, architects, etc.). Mariana sources the best prices for her sellers in order to maximize the return on their investment without compromising on the quality of workmanship and the end product. Mariana and her team manage the entire project from beginning to end; leaving the seller hands-off or as involved as the seller want to be.

Heather Morch
Heather was born, raised and educated in the San Francisco Bay Area. She attended Mercy High School in Burlingame and San Francisco State University for college, she knows the peninsula and San Francisco like the back of her hand!
Since 2008, Heather has been investing in California and International Real Estate. She loves to flip homes as well as renovate them from the group up. With a continued desire to grow and her passion for helping people, Heather made her transition to working as a Real Estate Agent. Heather resides in the peninsula with her husband and two school-age children. Aleksandra Cybulska is a dedicated Realtor® serving the Bay Area. She entered the industry at 21 after purchasing her first international property in Poland. Aleksandra holds bachelor’s degrees in education and social work from her home country and earned a real estate degree in the U.S. in 2021. After immigrating from Poland to Arizona in 2014, she quickly learned English and now excels in effective communication. Wendy is a distinguished real estate professional with a Master's in Chemical Engineering from Rice University and a Bachelor's from Tianjin University, China. With over a decade of Bay Area experience, her career includes roles in biotech startups and leadership positions at Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. and Tecan Inc., where she excelled in technology transfer and product commercialization, including launching the Covid PCR testing kit. Transitioning to real estate, Wendy uses her attention to detail, customer-centric approach, and process efficiency to ensure smooth transactions. Fluent in English and Mandarin, she values client relationships, listens attentively, and provides tailored solutions for a seamless real estate experience.
Anita Petit
Anita is the real estate assistant to Mariana Pappalardo, having joined the team in January of 2024. Born and raised in Panama (Canal Zone), she now calls the San Francisco Bay her home. Fluent in English and Spanish, Anita attended the University of Phoenix in San Jose, CA, and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business management. Her background in sales and customer service, combined with her education, provides her with valuable knowledge of the business, enabling her to fill the gaps and assist the Mariana Pappalardo Group and their clients. She has worked in the real estate industry before the collapse in 2008 and is now back with a vengeance to help homeowners fulfill their dreams of owning their homes.
