Mariana's love for homes and home building dates back her high school years in Sweden when she helped her father an engineer turned builder with his home building endeavors. Mariana has acted as the General Contractor for four massive remodels and rebuilds of homes and has managed countless other renovation projects. In addition, Mariana has an extensive sales background (from advertising to high-end luxury goods), as well as graphic design.
Mariana's clients are her main focus throughout the entire selling or buying process.
She assists sellers with determining the best updates for the home, and she has a network of vetted contractors and de-cluttering services (storage solutions, painters, stagers, builders, architects, etc.). Mariana sources the best prices for her sellers in order to maximize the return on their investment without compromising on the quality of workmanship and the end product. Mariana and her team manages the entire project from beginning to end; leaving the seller hands-off or as involved as the seller wants to be.
